Hey there! I’m Lexie, I’m in my mid 20s and currently living in London where I have been for the last few years, although originally from the small seaside town of Torquay in Devon I now consider myself a City Girl!
With keen interests in fashion, music, pop culture and general lifestyle in the big City you will always find me writing about a recent event, music news, this season’s must have wardrobe or the latest places to eat, party and visit!
I have a little dog called Bali, she’s part Toy Poodle and part teddy bear. She can often be found co hosting my award winning day time radio show on Riverside Radio, she has a great in put when it comes to dog friendly places in London, she’s full of lovely recommendations!
I also dabble in property and when I’m not in the studio I’m assisting new Londoners with finding a home as a Property Finder (think Kirsty and Phil on Location Location Location!) My partner is an Estate Agent (don’t hold it against him, he’s lovely really!) and together we develop properties and manage our portfolio of buy to let investments.
Having previously modelled as a teenager for various catwalk shows and shoots in the Southwest, I stumbled into presenting whilst working as a model for QVC in London. I trained with Aspire Presenting and now freelance for various companies, with particular interests in fashion, music and London property.
As the world of blogging took over the internet (everyone’s a blogger nowadays but that’s quite cool!) I have been creating my own lifestyle blog for over a year writing about the latest happenings in London Life as well as hosting my own podcast ‘Live, Love, Laugh with Lexie’ where I chat about all the latest goings on, hopefully you can have a laugh, I know I do!
After involving my writing outside of my blog I am also a freelance journalist for magazines and online websites, reviewing places to eat, album/film releases, my take on fashion trends of the moment and interviewing anyone I can get my hands on!
I’ve been lucky enough to report at various red carpet events and festivals including British Summer Time, Rize and Neverworld where I’ve interviewed Tom Grennan, Lewis Capaldi, Jade Thirwall, Jacqueline Wilson, Abbey Clancey and Nicky Johnston.
I took part in the Miss England competition in 2016 which inspired me to start ‘Style School’ helping You be the best version of You. Throwing positivity into all aspects of life including confidence building, fashion workshops, skincare and etiquette, ultimately being happier with ourselves.
Welcome to my world and my website! Enjoy, look around and please feel free to reach out 🙂
