Working with requirements, managing expectations, choosing suitable areas based on individual needs, space, commute, price and amenities, selecting the best homes to visit and accompanying on a guided tour of areas and properties and finally negotiating the best terms. Turning a stressful, unnerving move into an enjoyable experience. 🙂

My partner and I also own a development company, LA London where we have completed 4 renovation projects with a 5th in the pipeline. From doer-uppers which need a bit of TLC and a freshen up to investment projects reconfiguring 1 beds to 2 beds, even a studio into a 3 bed.

Our next project is turning a dilapidated site into a luxury villa of 5 flats. Watch this space!

Here’s a video of how we gave a bungalow which hadn’t been touched since the 70s, a fresh face with a little lick of paint, new kitchen and bathroom to make it liveable, all for under 20k! It was a bonus to find this gorgeous parquet wood flooring was hiding under the green carpet!

Alongside our development work we look after a portfolio of buy to let properties in West London. What can I say, I eat, sleep and breathe property!

In the last year I have really tried to make my social space online very much property related to reflect my daily life in the industry and I’ve built up a really lovely community of other people on a similar path. I have created various features such as ‘Home Hints’ where I give you tips, tricks and updates related to property, one of my goals is to help and give advice to people wanting to get on the property ladder and into the property industry. I also have my ‘Lexie’s London Locations’ series where I tour some of London’s most popular neighbourhoods as well as the hidden gems! I’ve also got some tours of some properties there too and my #PropertyOfTheWeek every Friday at 5pm where I showcase a unique / quirky / stand out property for sale in the UK.
